The Keilor Hotel paired up with Gold FM to run a unique competition where listeners of the radio station had a chance to win a Barossa Wine Experience at the historic, Old Keilor Hotel, with special guests, Brig & Lehmo and a live performance from Pseudo Echo.

There were 40 winners chosen, to enjoy a 4 Course Degustation Luncheon, delicately designed by our Executive Chef, who showcased Australia’s Finest Produce, & were treated to dining in our brand new, state of the art, Taste Room, which showcases the Penfolds Grange selection in a table worth over a staggering, half a million dollars & will experience many of Australia’s Finest Wines throughout numerous events at the Hotel like our Annual Food & Wine Event and the upcoming Brown Brothers Degustation Evening.

Over the 4 courses, the Winners enjoyed the best wines that the Barossa Valley has to offer such as Wolf Blass & Penfolds to state but a few. During the Luncheon, One lucky winner grabbed themselves a bottle of Grange kindly put forward by the owner of the Hotel, Ray Dodd. Nearing the end of the Luncheon, the winners were looked upon by Brig & Lehmo who gave a wonderful speech which then rolled into each winner enjoying a rare tasting of Vintage Ports in our Luxurious, 166 year old Grange Cellar.

And to top off what was already a wonderful lunch, winners were able to enjoy a fantastic performance by Pseudo Echo.
