Guzzlers Rod & Kustom proudly presented “Cars for Kids” Good Friday Appeal Car show on Friday March the 25th and was a huge success. With an outstanding result Guzzlers Rod & Kustom raised over an amazing $27, 500 all going to the Good Friday Appeal charity. An absolutely fantastic effort and a huge thank you to everyone that attended to enjoy the day and show their support.

With loads of amazing looking cars and bikes on display all around the Keilor Hotel, there were vintage cars, new and elite cars, hot rods, dragsters, classics, built up cars, artistic paint jobs, fast cars, slow cars, huge shiny engines, mags… basically everything you could imagine. Awesome sounding bands had the hotel up and rocking all day and night. Bands that included the Atomic hi-tones, Fender benders, Jump & Jive, Rumblin Wolf, Ezra Lee and the Havoc band, Streamliners and Andy Phillips and the Cadillac walk. Great performances and great music. There were some stunning looking Pin Ups that looked great all day and a pin up competition to mark the occasion.  The Kids had some fun entertainment also making sure their day was far from boring. All the great vendors that were there soaked up a massive atmosphere selling some of their top merchandise.

Overall the day was huge, with a brilliant turnout. The event was well organised and made to look spectacular and it was. It was a fun day, filled with excitement for everyone involved and an incredible fund raising effort for the Good Friday Appeal. Looking forward to an even bigger event next year.
